Is there anyway to identify and add internal linking on keyphrases of one blog post from another?

Webflow support manual linking, just highlight any text and link it to the page / url / post you pant.
If you mean automated linking, that can be done with custom code. It requires a bit of careful coding work though, to ensure you link full words, handle styles correctly, and avoid re-linking already-linked text.
The harder part will be deciding how you want to manage your list of words and links so that they can be updated and expanded later. I use the CMS for this when I’m doing e.g. terminology popups.
Yes manually is very time consuming.
