I want to set a hover effect on all my links, but as I can see Webflow does not have that functionality yet, unless I’m missing something?

Haven’t tried this yet. But try giving it a class of “All links” and style one and see if that affects the rest.

Nope, that does not work. Perhaps the best workaround would be to apply one global class on all links that I want to be affected and then apply a second class only to the ones I want to override the general hover treatment.
That would be my recommendation
add a plain link to your site and select the “all links” selector from there you can change the hover state for all links. I will add an example shortly.
