Accidentally ordered incorrect site plan

I made a mistake and ordered a upgrade for a test site thinking I was actually upgrading my plan - I immediately cancelled the upgrade when I noticed the mistake - this was only 2 days ago - and yet I have still been charged! - Contacting support is pointless as it’s just a chat bot and does not cover my problem.

Is there a proper email address I can contact to talk to an actual human being so I can get a refund.

Reach out to support@webflow.com - I’ve spoken to them numerous times in the past, and they are always very helpful and quick to reply.
