Accidentally purchased site plan rather than account plan

Hi - Yesterday I accidentally started a site plan, paying $15 for the month. I did this by mistake and today realised that I wanted an account plan, which I have subsequently got (for $24 for the month I believe).

Now I haven’t used the hosting at all whilst on the site plan - is it not possible for a refund or partial refund as it is clear I have made a mistake in good faith and I purchased the account plan today too? I’m sure others must have made this mistake?
