I would like to add a feature to my site that would give customers the shipping costs for each product before actually putting them on the cart. The idea would be to identify the product and the location automatically to then prompt the suitable amount below the “add to cart” button.
Identifying the location is tricky but I have real concerns about getting the linked shipping cost. Since I use a weight-based policy with worldwide delivery, the are potentially 1000+ values possibles (based on weight and location). All these values have been manually implemented to Webflow under the ecommerce setting and I obviously would like to used that database as a reference.
Sadly, it looks like there is no way to access this database since it is not a “simple” CMS collection leading to a massive issue for my implementation.
Can you guys help me on this ?
Is a solution possible either in Webflow or using a third party service (such as Zapier or Integromat) ?
Having access to this shipping costs database would definitely be useful, for that kind of purpose or for keeping them up to date (when the carrier used is not implemented in Webflow).
