Absolute Relative to Body and can't change

Hi,

I’m trying to create an overlay for a lightbox using a div. I’ve put the div within the lightbox link and over the image. When I switch the div to absolute, it’s parent is the “body” element even though the div is within the lightbox link container.

How do I change the parent in order to create the overlay?

I’ve been trying different things for about an hour, please helpl!

UPDATE: OK, this was using the GRID container. I switched my grid to columns and could get it to work. THAT SAID, I would like to be able to create rollovers for GRID ITEMS. Any ideas?
