About Form Fields and the Dashboard

Hey guys,

I have a form on my website that has 9 fields but after submit just 5 appears to be answered on dashboard. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @Daniel_Sun, thanks for reaching out, the issue is that each field in your form, should have a unique name. Currently you have some fields with unique name (check settings icon for each field) and some fields are duplicates, like you have several fields named “Message”. So this is very simple to fix, just update the field names and republish. That should fix it :smile: Let us know if you have any more issue. Cheers !
