Saw that we were now able to embed rich media into rich text editors (New feature: Rich Media embeds in the Rich Text Editor) but I’m having trouble putting it into CMS items, even though they’re part of embed.ly.
For example, Getty Images is officially on embed.ly (Getty Images Embed Provider | Embedly)
But inserting a URL (A trader works beneath a monitor displaying Aetna Inc. signage on the... News Photo - Getty Images) gives me a “Sorry, this URL can’t be embedded” warning.

This link is invalid. Notice it redirects elsewhere and is not an image.
So you’re saying that because it’s a Getty “event” not an image, it can’t be embedded? Just weird since embed.ly still recognizes it on their end …
Okay, did some more digging — the key is that the url must be /detail/photo — which excludes news-photo … why is this so particular?
