3D parallax page problems

Been trying to replicate the 3d parallax page on the 21-day portfolio course but am having no luck.
2 problems to overcome so far:
the grid is no longer square;
there is no 3d action on the colors.

The first one is a misplaced number somewhere, but I don’t know where. (maybe)
The second one, I have no idea what to do.

Also, when pasting the “password cell” to fill the grid everything overlaps.

All advice in solving this is appreciated.

Are you sure you completely implemented the things mentioned in the video?

I thought so. Will check again to make sure.
I wasn’t able to add the code, because I got a pop up saying I need a paid plan to do so.
