I’m trying to import my csv with all my 301redirects but there seems to be an error.
It says “Please upload csv file instead” even though I am uploading a csv file.
Can someone help, please?
I already tried to work off from the export example but this doesn’t help either.
Hi Lisa, it’s hard to guess without seeing the file, but-
Make sure it ends in csv
Make sure the contents are actual CSV. Tools like Excel can export unconventional CSV that may break the importer. Google sheets seems very standard on CSV exports, so in that scenario you could upload your XLS file into Google Sheets and re-export it.
Disable any ad blockers or other extensions that could be breaking the web interface directly
