I hope you can assist me with an issue I’m facing. I have a page on Webflow, but it seems that a 2FA authenticator was enabled, which I don’t recall setting up. As a result, I’ve been locked out of my account and am unable to make any changes to the page. I’ve submitted several account reset requests over the past few weeks, but I haven’t received any response. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this.
Have submitted this form twice now.
The first time we received a response from Enterprise Sales stating that they do handle support… appears the form was not routed to the correct department.
This is becoming urgent for us and would like a response from Support @Webflow
Support doesn’t often visit the community forums- I did just hear from some friend in Webflow that there are not any known issues relating to “2FA switching on,” and that the account recovery form I linked above definitely works and routes to the correct team.
On 2FA, if you’re using Google login, you’ll want to check there.
If your Google account is part of a Google workspace, your admin may have switched on 2FA for the entire Google workspace.
With Google, the Google authenticator app is usually the easiest way to 2FA.
