I had to hard reset my iPhone and didn’t realize that my Authenticator wasn’t backed up. I checked with your website and was instructed to email Weblow with the request to disable 2 factor authentication.
I have had no luck finding support for this. Email address for Webflow support is bouncing back.
What can I do to get help with this? I’m locked out of my account. Please help.
Thank you for responding quickly. I am currently logged out and therefore locked out of my account. I’m not able to send in a ticket because it requires me to log in to do so.
My account requires 2FA to log in (I am using a different Authenticator than Google’s).
Weblow’s support says to email them and they can disable 2FA so I can log back in. So I have to be logged in to send in a ticket, but I can’t log in until they disable 2FA. What can I do? I’m paying for a plan on a project that I can’t access.
If you can access your email, e.g. phone, desktop, anything already logged in, then just do a Webflow password reset using that same email address. You don’t need 2FA for that.
@jia-webflow Do you have a process you can recommend for this?
That’s my quagmire, I’m not logged in anywhere, and if I did do a password reset it will still require 2FA to access my account. Can someone from support see this and email me?
If you are unable to log into your Webflow account, you will need to fill in the Account Recovery form found on our Support Portal. Here is the direct link for the form: Account Recovery | Webflow Support
Fill that out and someone from the team will be in touch to assist in the recovery.
