1440 x 1920px breakpoints

Has anyone found a way to custom implement changes to these?
I was even thinking of maybe triggering classes via custom hand written css file sitting on an external url?

Rant: seems really foolish to not have 1440 and 1920 breakpoints in 2019.
Especially while presenting and showcasing all the fancy design.
Containers =/= fluid

Custom code is a great way to implement anything which is not natively available in the platform. I am doing it almost in every project.
