Wistia inline embeds are placed inside an HTML embed, which you place on the page where you want it to display. Wistia will display the background graphic and button to trigger the video to play in that element or if you are using the &popover=true, a video popover.
If what you are trying to do is create your own overlay, triggered by your own button, then you need to create a modal overlay using interactions with a trigger you choose. Then inside the modal, embed the wistia code. In this case, you would not be using the wistia ``&popover=true` attribute, since you are doing it with interactions.
I usually break everything down in steps, then iterate through changes, step by step, to create the final result I want. Example:
Do a normal embed on a demo page
Then a popover on that page
Build a modal with interactions
Test / refine the modal
Then test the embed in a modal
You will then learn what attributes you need to set to get the results you want.
I did not understand much, maybe because I did not speak much English …
I would like the click on the play button, it runs the Wistia popover! In the case would it be through interactions?
