Why is 2nd section header going underneath first slider section?

Hi everyone,

for some reason my second section header is going underneath a slider hero i created. I have tried everything.

i wanted to use responsive sizing using % - so one thing to note is that body is set to 100% height. Maybe this has something to do with it?
