The extra whitespace you’re seeing on mobile is likely due to elements extending beyond the viewport width. This commonly happens when using fixed pixel widths that exceed mobile screen dimensions, which are typically narrower than desktop displays.
To resolve this, try implementing these responsive design practices: Set your element widths to percentages (100% or less) rather than fixed pixels to ensure they adapt to different screen sizes. If you still notice overflow issues, add the ‘overflow: hidden’ property to the parent container. You can use Webflow’s X-ray mode in Canvas settings to identify which elements are causing the overflow - simply scroll through your site while hovering over the extra whitespace on the right to spot the problematic elements.
