When previewing website, switching breakpoints to bigger then back to a smaller size, breaks the design

So When I look at the page on my 15" macbook pro on each breakpoint, everything seems to work how I want it. However when I preview the page on a 1440 and then go up to a higher breakpoint then back down to 1440, the design breaks, it only happens on that breakpoin, and im not sure how to fix it.

I also have an issue with my footer logo hiding itself for some reason on all breakpoints except the largest, cant seem to figure it out.

I dont think this is some complex issue, but someone please help.
