Website is all jumbled up on mobile, despite looking fine in the editor

I’m not sure what’s causing this. Here is the view on my phone:

But it looks fine in the editor. When I load the mobile page, it looks normal for a second and then this happens, and then it goes away after like 30 seconds. Why is this happening?
