Webpage scrolls down on desktop, but not on mobile

My webpage is able to scroll on desktop, but doesn’t scroll on mobile. I’ve made sure that body is set to overflow to visible and sections are set to hidden. I’ve checked margins etc. I don’t know what else to do. Here is my read only link. Please help!
