Can't go into designer access and webflow support didnt get back

hi guys, what’s the best way to talk to webflow support?

I’m very frustrated with the fact that my account has a bug that made me unable to get into the designer access.

I emailed them, they responded the next day, asked me to record a video that show the error. Then I swiftly replied to their email, and no response till the next day. So far I’ve been lost two days of work.

It’s very frustrating because my client already has tight marketing and PR schedule after the new site launch. And now it has been delayed :frowning:

Webflow announced / launched new plans that probably have clogged the support funnel. The forum is not an official support channel. Stick with your support request and hopefully they can get to it soon.
