Title sums it up. We have a form for our NFT Marketplace for project founders to submit information to be listed on our launchpad. The “Collection Description” field is the longest one with most submissions being greater than 150 characters. Whenever the field has >=150 characters anyone submitting will get the following error:
Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form.
The moment the character count goes <150 characters it will submit just fine.
I have gone into the form settings and enabled reCAPTCHA, and I have also added a custom attribute for “maxlength” and set it to 1,000. None of these solutions worked for me. Please advise.
