Webflow Enterprise Developer (Contract → Potential Full-Time)

Hey! My global B2B SaaS company seeking a webflow developer to manage the ongoing development and maintenance of our site. You’ll be building and improving an enterprise Webflow site where details—performance, structure, microinteractions—matter. We’re shooting to win Webflow Awards for the best site next year, and we’re looking for a winner to get us there. We’re looking for impact over hours, and creative intelligence over years of experience.

This role is hands-on: GSAP-driven interactions, clean and modular builds, thoughtful animation, and ongoing performance refinement. We have a large marketing team who are used to being in Webflow, so you should be used to thinking about how you can hand off recurring work like copy edits or publishing CMS content to stakeholders. You’ll have an ambitious scope but a lot of support - including a junior developer, a dedicated project manager, a web strategy lead, and access to the full Webflow WXP suite - plus a Webflow Solutions Architect. We also get early access to Webflow betas, and we use them.

If you take pride in craft, like working in systems, and enjoy pushing Webflow a little further than expected, this is a good place for you. Hiring globally, in time zones between UTC-12 and UTC+0. Roughly 30 hours per week, 3.5-4.5k USD monthly dependent on experience.

Hi Josephine,

Your project sounds like the kind of challenge I enjoy.

I focus heavily on performance optimization and creating modular systems that marketing teams can work with confidently. Clean structure and thoughtful microinteractions are where I really shine.

Working with the WXP suite and beta features would be fantastic. I love exploring new ways to make Webflow do things people dont expect.

Would be great to discuss how I could help you win that award next year.

You can reach out to me on my email here

Colin
