Browser extensions are a common culprit, but if you’ve tried different computers and they have different browser extensions, then my best guess at this point is that you are running over a VPN either directly from your PC or as part of your router configuration, which is breaking the login page.
Recently I discovered that ExpressVPN when configured to “block malicious sites” fails to load jQuery on published Webflow sites, which breaks Webflow.js. Both Webflow and Express have been notified, and this sounds like a similar situation.
@MonaSlemmermann and @jlydd do you know if you’re running VPN software on your PC or network? If so, try disabling it. If you’re not aware of any, some modern routers have a VPN-based antivirus config built in and enabled by default. I’d try logging in from a different computer on a different network, e.g. take your laptop to a cafe.
