Webflow designer / Preview mode is perfect but once published it's not the same at all

Hello all, I’m facing issues regarding the result between the publish website version on mobile & the editor and preview mode.

Basically in the designer everything is perfect, same as preview mode but once publish it’s just a huge mess! The website structure in itself is kind of chaotic because my client made it himself, but it’s the first time im facing such a bug.

Anyone knows how i could fix this problem ?
