Vimeo chat embed not displaying with dynamic collection item id

I am trying to embed a live stream video chat iFrame embed code with a dynamic id from a collection item, but it is not working. Can someone help me resolve this problem?

When I publish it to my dev url I get a ’ vimeo.com refused to connect.’ message.

If I just embed the iFrame from Vimeo without the collection id it works fine.
