In my Projects in the Work section i have CMS linked to images for ech project but I want to add some videos in each project, I tried to add a Background Video into the wrapper but now it appears in all the projects. How can I have different videos in each Project?

Normally you’d host your videos on YouTube, Vimeo, Vidzflow, etc and then place those links into a CMS Video field.
I’d recommend you explore Vidzflow, Bunny.net or Bunnystream for that.
Webflow does have background video hosting, but it’s designed only for smaller, lower quality videos. You could upload a few, then publish to get the .mp4 CDN URL, and then store that in the CMS and construct your own background video embed.
