I’ve built a horizontal scrolling webpage, but would love the vertical scrolling of the mouse to move the page left and right, exactly as on this page:

I’ve tried to implement the mousewheel.js plugin on my site, but am a JS novice so can’t get it to work. My page can be seen here:
