I can’t find the utility pages (404/password). Not sure why?

Hi @cjroe, thanks for getting in touch about the utility pages. Are you seeing the pages in the designer in edit mode? Or is the issue happening in just preview mode only?

I can’t see the pages in the designer at all. I also dug into the DOM and it doesn’t look like they are even there. Not sure what’s up.
