Using an image overlay with grid

What am I doing wrong?

Move Image 24 so that is a child of the Grid and not a child of the div block 99. Then go into the Image 24 element and put the Grid Child to manual. Set the positioning as I did in the attached image.

Obviously adjust as needed but that will get you to your desired solution.
