Hi,
My client has just contacted me and said that he can no longer edit any text in his website. He used to highlight text and create anchors, headings, links etc etc but now it’s not working at all. I jumped in to have a look and he is right, you can’t get the hover box to appear (both in normal paragraphs and rich text) and it won’ let you edit any of the text.
I checked other client’s sites with editor access and they are all working fine, it’s just his.
Could someone please help me solve this query, thanks in advance.
