Trying to recreate this page but not having any luck

I’m trying to recreate this page in Webflow, I’ve tried using tabs, custom menus, dropdown this and dropdown that. Can’t figure it out so thought I’d ask the experts.

Exactly the same functionality, menu on the left, and content showing in the middle.

I’m sure this is super easy to do, but I can’t figure it out for the life of me!

I think a mix of dropdown and tabs should work, maybe a little custom code.

Use the dropdown to reveal/hide the sub-links, triggered by the category.

The dropdown contains links, and with custom code you can bind the links to the hidden tab button.
