To implement Collection list filters, ensure you’re working with a dynamic Collection list rather than a curated one. Here’s what you need to check:
Your Collection list must be connected to your Collection and set to “All Items” or a specific filter in the Collection list settings. Once confirmed, you can add filter components by:
Adding filter elements (like buttons or dropdown menus) to your page
Setting up the filter conditions in the Element settings panel
Connecting each filter element to the specific Collection list field you want to filter by
Testing the filters in preview mode to ensure they’re working as expected
For reference, you can review the official documentation about Collection list filters for detailed setup instructions.

I can see you are using v1 Nest and v2 List filter of Finsweet.
Since you are using List Filter of Finsweet v2, you can use List Nest of v2 instead of using the v1 as it is setup currently to ensure that both the features work together.
I tested this use-case in a personal dummy site and it works when we use v2 of both the features together.
