Can someone tell me how i build this.

Hi @Bocodfi, this example is just a tooltip.
You could build this entirely in webflow using Interactions. I would recommend watching one of the university trainings on IX2.

One of our customers had a similar question so we wrote a script that allows you to easily add tooltips to a Webflow site.
