Time anchors links for videos

Hi there

How do I make links to specific sections/chapters in a video?
It might be an introduction from 0:00 to 1:00, a tutorial from 1:00 to 2:00, and so on.
See attached file.
You can see what the video contains and with links to the different chapters.
So when you click it will take you directly to that particular chapter.
I would prefer a solution/code for Vimeo otherwise youtube.
Can anybody help me out?

@Ole_Hansen - can you do it in the video platform? Most platforms, including YouTube and Vimeo allow you to do this:

If that isn’t an option, you could create links and use javascript to open the playhead at a specific timestamp (or you should be able to). If this is the case I can look into a solution for you, but I would recommend using the built-in features on the platforms themselves.
