"This page isn't working" ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hi all,
Please help  :exploding_head: :weary: I am having trouble connecting or publishing my custom domain. The DNS setting say “connected” on the Webflow Hosting tab. But I am getting an error code every time I search my site on the browser. At first I thought it was because I hadn’t waited the 48 hrs for the changes to take effect, but it’s been 4 days now, and I still get the same error code.

I have read every support article of the topic and followed the steps to the best of my understanding, though nothing seems to fix this. Can anyone help me figure out what I’m doing wrong or missing? The Webflow chat is a machine that only redirects me to other articles I have already tried, and failed.

My website is: www.eycsgroup.com

This is what I see on my webflow hosting: (I defaulted the www.eycsgroup.com today. Could this have been the fix? If so, is it not working because I need to wait up to 48 hrs again?

These are my Google domain settings:

I read nothing on this, but added it as last resort (today). But it didn’t work:

Here is my site Read-Only:

I just had a look and it’s working for me. It is recommended to set the www as the default.

To get the non www to be default some other dns records are required, which would have been your problem most likely.

Looks like you have two 301 redirects chained together. You should only have one at most. You can use this site to view your domains redirect behavior https://httpstatus.io/.

@Edy Thank you. This might be it! I do see a 301 and a 200 redirect. I’m not entirely sure How can I fix that? Do you have an idea?

@Drew_Schafer what computer and browser are you using? I still get the error code when I try.
