Hello again!
Again something that does not work properly in Webflow.
I made this question and answer block below here: Kann hetta fara í skógvaeskjuna
The question is in the green bar, and when you click on it, the bar opens with the answer. And it works well on computers.
But this doesn’t work so well in an iPhone. Hello again.!

Difficult to know without your read-only share link. However, you might start by checking to see if the interaction is set to work on mobile devices.

Under the accordion interaction, if you scroll down to the bottom of the settings panel, there are checkboxes for each device the interaction will function on.

  • I don’t know if I mentioned, that some of these works on Iphone, and some don’t work? So that is also very strange

I see.
The problem occurs when opening an FAQ, leaving it open, then attempting to open another one. This ends up trigging all elements with class “faq-answer-wrap” to close because it’s recognizing it as a second-click. All works well if the user closes one before opening another.

Few ways to work around this:

  1. create second-click close triggers that target specific elements rather than class.
  2. leave the second-click out. If a user is inclined to view an answer they don’t need it closed
  3. Custom code using a solution as outlined here: Opening another faq doesn't close current faq which is open - #12 by Wadood_Hussaini

Did you purchase a template design as a starter for this site? If so, you might check to see if the original had this same issue and share a link to the Marketplace template page that you’ve purchased from.
