The nav bar will not start transparent and turn black with element trigger

I want my nav background to be transparent at first then turn black when the user scrolls. I’ve done this with an element trigger but it’s not working properly. What am I missing?

Hello,

it should be a Page trigger / while page is scrolling
not an element trigger.

Try this.
