Text Not Showing on iPhone Mobile (Chrome & Safari)

Hello,

I’m having an issue where text isn’t visible on iphone mobile (works on safari/chrome desktop). It shows up without issue on Android and Windows browsers, but for some reason iphone mobile doesn’t work.

The text is partially CMS driven and partially in-line.
The text is using clip to background feature.

I rebuilt the page after not being able to resolve through changing z-index (changing position), removing clip to background, etc. After the rebuild, it worked for several days (confirmed on iphone), and just stopped showing. Help please!

It seems that your problem results from iOS system issues. In that case, you are suggested to use professional iOS system repair tools such as TunesKit iOS System Recovery to deal with it.

Hi Chris_Joel! During the last day I have the same issue. I solved it by changing the font. I am been using a custom WOFF font.

I’ve had this same issue over and over throughout the last 2 years. Unfortunate.

You could try these:

  1. Force restart your iPhone;
  2. Check some settings;
  3. Restore iPhone via iTunes; (back up data)
  4. Apply ios repair tool like Joyoshare UltFix to fix it without data loss.
