Text link keeps starting a new line

Hello all. I wanted to do a text link so that users could click to jump to the section or to email. However, everytime I try to use a text link within a paragraph, it keeps entering the “text link” to a new indent/paragraph. I wanted to keep the two text links within the same sentence/line, not sure what is going on. I watched the webflow text link tutorial, but mine seems different.

Hi @cakeu,

Welcome to Webflow and the Webflow community.

Rather than trying to insert a ‘text link’ element, use a ‘text span’ instead.

Highlight the specific text you want to use a a link and then a separate ‘style menu’ for the highlighted text will be presented, one of the options is ‘link’.

See how you do.
