Hello guys 
was just wondering if anybody knows how to make the webflow navbar like Teslas so when you scroll up the navbar goes down revealing more of the navbar - instead of the MP4 background I have going down revealing more of MP4 background. Thanks in advance guys!

You can checkout some free megamenu templates here and see if it fits your design requirement. If you need something else or more specific you can share some screenshot of the design you are hoping for just in case.

Hmm, its weird I am not able to experience such a layout on my end. So I am not able to gauge the layout that you are aiming for.
You could try inspecting the elements on your end to see if you could get some idea from it.
That being said, if you are aiming for something like this, where the menu is a 3 part section which is revealed when the user reaches the top of the page and it reveals only the main menu when the user scrolls down, that can be achieved by making the main menu sticky.
Possibly this gives you some idea, or if any user from the community is able to see the layout that you showed on their end on the Tesla site, they will have idea to achieve this use-case.
