If you’re experiencing form submission errors, here are the main points to check:
Your form setup should include:
- A reCAPTCHA element if you have reCAPTCHA enabled in Site settings > Forms
- A proper Submit button (not a regular button)
- All required fields visible on the page
- Hidden form fields without Autofocus checked
For free accounts with unhosted sites, there’s a limit of 50 form submissions. If you’ve reached this limit, you’ll need to upgrade your site plan to continue receiving submissions. You can review the available plans and upgrade options here.
