Hm, something strange going on. Your SVG works as a file but it’s not returning as the correct MIME type. Possible something strange happened on the upload, or that the file was identified as corrupted?
I’d;
- Rename it to something simple
- Re-upload it
- Re-assign it to your logo image element
- Re-publish
