YES!
I have placed a question similar to yours. When I tried to import a CSV file that pointed to live SVG files located on a web server (both webflow and my personal dropbox) it would convert the SVGs to JSON files. More strangely, it would not show a preview like yours does, but rather a preview of a generic text document.
