Styling active vertical tab link

Hi folks,

I’m building a page with 3 vertical tabs, and the active tab will have an arrow pointing at it to indicate active state.

Now I have achieved the rest of the layout, but not sure how I can add the arrow to this tabbed content component for this interaction?

you can have icons inside the tab hide for the rest of the tabs and only show it on active.
