Struggle to align slider arrows with text

There are two things I’d be happy to have some guidance in the Testimonials section:

  1. I wish to align the arrows to the center of the text.
  2. I wish the slider height to be adapt depends on the text of each slide.
    I wish to align the arrows of the slider with the center of the text and make the slider wrapper height adaptive to the text. Currently, the height is fit to the slider that holds the highest text in it.
