Center content on a slider and have one slide at a time

Hi everyone,

I need help with making some edits to my slider.

1. I want the slide elements to centred. Right now they are aligned to the top. See screenshot attached
   

   

2. If possible, when I click on the arrow, I want it to go one slide at a time and not all the slides at once.

Any help is much appreciated!
