Something went wrong while submitting the form (Flowbase's Webflow Onboarding Form)

Hello,

I used Flowbase’s Webflow Onboarding Form (Full Page). I am unable to submit any forms. It keeps showing up as “Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form”. The Form Block setting is set to Method: GET and reCAPTCHA have been turned off and published.

What could be the issue?

Is the site on the free starter plan still?
If so, is it possible you’ve already hit the 50 lifetime limit of form submits?

That would be my best guess, since it’s the Webflow form submission handler rejecting the submission.

If that’s not the problem, you’ll need to contact support, there have been some changes in the forms handler lately as Webflow deals with the recent spam issue.

Thanks for getting back, no it’s on the Basic plan, I just recently redesigned it so it worked for the previous forms, but this form keeps throwing up the error.

I figure it might be a universal problem as my old forms do not work as well.
