Hello, Webflow Community!
I was wondering if anyone knew of a solution to getting smooth scrolling similar to this awwwards website -
I have tried to animate individual sections while scrolling, but am not getting as good of a result. The awwwards website has some really smooth momentum to it while scrolling. Would love to remake this in my own website -
I appreciate any help!
Here is my site Read-Only:
( how to share your site Read-Only link)
Maybe this thread can help you:
is anyone aware of a way to add a delay to the built in anchor scrolling animation in webflow? i know that there is a custom attribute called “data-scroll-time” you can add to the body of your site. but i would like to to fire an interaction first and then scroll to the desired section.
thank you for your help!
Unfortunately, that doesn’t actually help.
I’m trying to figure out how to get this
Java Sript file working on my Webflow Project.
I have uploaded the file to
my server, and used this script in the footer code of my site.
But I can’t get it to work :’(. I would
really appreciate your help community!
I followed this tutorial -
Smooth Site Scrolling? but haven’t been able to make anything work.
@jholowesko, at least one issue is that there is a custom code error on the mousewheel custom js on the published site:
I would first remove all custom code not related to the smoothscroll, then republish to see if that helps and if not, then we can take another look.
I resolved the issue you mentioned above but still am having no luck
I think the issue is still within the .js file because the developer’s chrome plugin doesn’t even work.
Would really appreciate you letting me know if you come across any other solutions!
