Site won't publish to custom domain we have

I’ve linked everything to our web domain and published our site, but I cannot figure out why the site isn’t published.

So sorry, I’m sure you get this all the time!

I can see there is a site published on that domain already, but it doesn’t appear to be a Webflow one, and the IP addresses for that domain aren’t pointing to Webflow’s servers either.

If you own that domain, you need to update the DNS first to point to Webflow, so that you can connect at domain to your new site.
