My site will fail to load without “www” being at the beginning of the site URL.
The working site is www.trtlemusic.com and trtlemusic.com is the one that doesn’t work.
Webflow site settings acknowledges the issue, but after following the steps (many weeks ago), the issue persists.

The “too many redirects” error you’re experiencing occurs when there’s a redirect loop between your www subdomain and root domain. To resolve this, you’ll need to set www.trtlemusic.com as your default domain in Webflow:
Note that the default domain on SSL hosting must be served on a domain that has a CNAME record. If you prefer to use trtlemusic.com as your default instead, you can follow our guide to setting the root domain as the default.

I’d guess that “Squarespace Domain Forwarding” section is your problem, you have 4 additional A records there in addition to your 2 custom A records.
That will confuse DNS routing badly, you’ll got one of 6 random answers when you ask for your domain.
